The Co-Managed User BYOL plan is built for organizations that already manage their own Microsoft 365 licensing through a CSP or direct agreement. VirtuWorks layers its management platform, security tooling, and support infrastructure on top of your existing licensing — so you pay only for the services and management capabilities your team actually needs. There is no requirement to migrate or repurchase licenses to gain access to the VirtuWorks platform.

Internal IT teams cannot always be available around the clock. VirtuWorks provides 24/7 US-based support that acts as an escalation layer for incidents, user needs, and system events that occur outside of business hours. This coverage ensures that employees have access to technical assistance and that critical issues are addressed without waiting for the next business day — without requiring your team to be on-call at all times.

The Co-Managed User plan includes endpoint protection and identity security as core components of the platform. Entra ID P1, Defender for Business, MFA policy enforcement, email filtering, and conditional access policies are deployed and monitored through the VirtuWorks platform. This gives internal IT teams a consistent security baseline across devices and users without requiring them to build or maintain these controls independently.
