Open the VirtuWorks Autopilot file
Once the download finishes, open the file from your browser’s downloads tray or your Downloads folder. You’ll see Virtuworks-Autopilot-2.0.0.exe—click “Open file” to launch the installer.

Once the download finishes, open the file from your browser’s downloads tray or your Downloads folder. You’ll see Virtuworks-Autopilot-2.0.0.exe—click “Open file” to launch the installer.
The VirtuWorks Autopilot Setup Wizard will appear. Review the welcome screen, then click Next to continue.
Read the End-User License Agreement, check “I accept the terms in the License Agreement,” then click Next.
The wizard will install to the default location at C:\Program Files\Virtuworks Autopilot. Leave it as-is and click Next.
On the VirtuWorks Credentials screen, enter the username and password provided by your administrator, then click Next.

Windows will ask whether to allow the installer to make changes to your device. Click Yes to continue.
When the wizard reports that installation is complete, click Finish to close it.
In the bottom-right corner of your taskbar, click the up arrow to expand the system tray, then click the VirtuWorks icon to open the agent.
The Credential Manager should display your saved credentials and a green Connected indicator above the Save button. That’s it — your device is now connected to VirtuWorks.
If it shows Not Connected, use the chat in the corner of the site to talk to a Support Agent.
